" See now as then "
A hundred years back to see what they saw.
Colors in the war - WW1
The First World War left us thousands of photos of places, ordinary people and soldiers: in this way we know "WHAT" they saw. With this book we have the opportunity to understand "HOW" they saw.
One hundred images of the Great War are brought "to life" with restoration techniques and non-artificial coloring, hand-worked one by one on a computer, after hours of research, study and recoloring.
This is not a challenge to black and white photos, but an opportunity we have today not possible then.
Texts are in Italian language, coming soon in English.
(200 pages, size 17x25 cm)
